Day 3
Feeling good about my journey so far. Feel the need to add a little more to my workout besides just running so will be adding some calestenics (jumping jacks, pushups, situps). I also leave for a camping trip tomorrow afternoon-yikes. We haven’t been camping in years and it’s the only vacation although small that we will be taking this year. Trying to think positive and plan ahead to bring all the “right” foods with me.

I think with proper planning for your camping trip you will be able to pack healthy food options. Plus, being outdoors will bring lots of great opportunities for working out. Have fun and enjoy your vacation!
Oh, camping trips are awsome! You can bake all sort of veggies, and grill meat and fish and kebabs… all sorts of yum and healthy things! Have fun!
I have a good plan…it’s just a matter of sticking to it:)
