Week 2-weigh in today

Well I weighed in today…228!  I lost 7 pounds..yeah me.  I also took my measurements and lost a couple inches.  It’s hot, hot, hot here so I need to motivate myself to keep up w/my workouts.

Back from camping!!

Well, I’m back from camping and yes one of the very first things I did was to weight myself.  Not only did I not gain anything back but I lost weight!!  The official weigh in is tomorrow and I will post then my success!!  We hiked 3-5 miles a day and the terrain was tricky.  Very fun though…thanks everyone for the support.  I will be back on tomorrow w/my official weigh in…I can hardly wait:)

Day 4

Today is day 4 and we leave for camping this afternoon.  I will also be riding my bike home from class so will be getting some exercise in before we leave.  The campground has hiking trails too so I’m planning on hiking Friday, Sat. and Sun provided the weather is reasonable.  Suppose to rain on Saturday so we will see.  Have my meals planned out so that shouldn’t be a problem either.  I weighed myself this morning and weight 232 so I’ve lost 3 pounds since Monday so the plan is not to gain any back.  As long as I’m still 232 on Monday I will be happy…less would be fantastic too!  I may even bring my bike to the campground if we can fit it into the truck.

Day 3

Feeling good about my journey so far.  Feel the need to add a little more to my workout besides just running so will be adding some calestenics (jumping jacks, pushups, situps).  I also leave for a camping trip tomorrow afternoon-yikes.  We haven’t been camping in years and it’s the only vacation although small that we will be taking this year.  Trying to think positive and plan ahead to bring all the “right” foods with me.

Day 2

Feeling pretty good about yesterday.  I went to bed “craving” something to eat but resisted…yeah me!!  Today I want to make healthier choices for my snack.  Yesterday’s zucchini bread really used up alot of calories.  It’s suppose to be hot and humid today so may get my run in this morning so there are no excuses this evening.  Here’s to another successful day on the road to a new and improved me.

Day 1

This is my first day w/buddy slim…I’m hoping it can help me stay focused and loose this weight.  I am counting calories and exercising and hoping that this forum can help me stay the course!
